Pastorate Mass & Picnic Sunday, August 21, 2022 10:30 AM (EST) Location: Benton Central High School 4241 E. 300 S. Oxford, IN 47971

The Pastorate Council and Leadership Team will be hosting a Pastorate-wide Mass and Picnic in response to a desire for fun fellowship events for all parishioners expressed from the Fall 2021 survey and January 2022 Town Hall Meeting.

Immediately following the Mass, a picnic luncheon will be held in the Cafeteria. Grilled hamburgers, hot dogs, and beverages will be provided for the meal, and families are asked to bring a dish to share. There will be a short recognition program during the picnic luncheon and fun activities for all ages!

Parking is available in the Benton Central School front lot off of E. 300 S. and in the back behind the school. Entrances will be open at Doors 1, 2, and 12. Those needing assistance or handicap spots should park in the front parking lot and enter in either Door 1 or 2 for the shortest walking distance to the auditorium.  A school map can be found at the link on the left.

Families are welcome to take their food items into the Cafeteria before Mass no later than 10:20 AM (EST). Both Saturday Vigil Masses will be offered on August 20, but there will be no other Sunday Mass offered in the Pastorate on August 21.

Please let us know if you are planning to attend the Pastorate Mass and Picnic on Sunday, August 21 by filling out an RSVP sheet found in the pews and placing it in the collection basket or by calling a pastorate office at 765-884-1818 or 765-385-2587.  Please let us know the number of family members and ages of all children planning to attend, as well as any special assistance desired.    Responses prior to August 7 will be appreciated.  We hope to see you there!
